We're really pleased to have been able to have the continued support of Rose in developing our database. As well as providing bespoke training she has worked closely with us on creating and customising a volunteering section and has been pivotal in the way we use the database today. Her real strength has been understanding our organisational needs and designing solutions to meet them. During her time working with us we have built such a good relationship and she really does feel like part of our team.
